Mozilla Developer Network is tracking browser implementation
Mike Smith created tool to list features that have less than 2 implementations
think the JSON file is manually maintained by Mozilla
not generated from WPT as far as we can tell
would be nice to figure out all that
before deciding if this is useful to ARIA
