Andrew: likely ACT rules format will go to CR.
When?Andrew, implementations will be from people on the task force.
Andrew does not know and normally asks Michael.
<shawn> [ Shawn thinks Shadi might be handling much of the publication & Announcement, instead of Michael ?]
<AWK> Good point, Shawn. It may well be Shadi.
JB: My guess we will need an announcement.
JS: CAPTCHA we received many comments and we will do a second wide review.
TS: Nothing major. Just an update on working draft of Web Publications.
JB: Any going to the Ac in Quebec?
TS: I'll be there.
JB: Good for TS and JB to be in touch prior to the AC meeting.

TS: I'll put a link in about the announcements.
I don't know who else is running.TS:
I have worked with Avneesh for many years.
I have worked him for many years.
I have never seen him make a mistake, but if he did, he would be the first one to admit it.
Avneesh is an amazing person who gets the job done.
JB: The AB and TAG are great ways to help the W3c. It is wonderful to have organizations knowledgeable about accessibility looking at contributing on this level.
<shawn> 2 - 30 April: Call for Nominations
<shawn> 2 - 30 May: Election
<jamesn> - 2 - 30 April: Call for Nominations
<jamesn> - 2 - 30 May: Election
<jamesn> - 4 June: Announce election results
<jamesn> - 1 July: Terms start
James: I will put in the dates for the nomination in the chat.
JB: the Knowledge Domain (KD) is
what Charles was interested in.
... Has this been getting out?
JS: It is showing a good mix of accessibility and mainstream people showing interest.
good documents in this area.I have been looking for information in a range of domains, But not finding
We do not have a systematic way of referencing the various domains.
JB: I may be misunderstanding. I thought it was about three or four.
JS: Develop an approach were we can help people in any KD get the information on the Web.
JB: I did not realize that we are trying to broaden it that much, ahead of having something substantive to react to.
JS: Th doing of this was a big part of the TPAC break. How to set up procedures where web geeks and experts in the KD can get on the same page.
<Judy> George: [with regard to previous topic] We really need to find funding. Doing it without proper funding will be difficult.
<Judy> ...wondering how funding is coordinated.
jB: ... I recall that in Lyon we had discussions and George had large numbers associated with the cost.
It depends on what you are looking for funding for.
If it is pre work then that is goood outside the W3C.
If it is targeted at W3C, and asking for funding, that would not happen right now.
JS: I think it is useful to have a conversation and we can schedule an hour to discuss this.
It is that set of use cases and accessibility needs to be included. It is not only accessibility.
JB: Somebody needs to drive something forward on the search for funding.
<Judy> [going in a minute to the actual current]
JB: George, feel free to bring me
in to funding conversations that you know about, and I will be
happy to indicate how W3C fits in.
... Back to the TPAC topic now, Team chairs should have
received an invitation to community aboutslots at TPAC. If
anybody has a meeting idea related to accessibility, now is the
time to speak up.
JS: APA may be interested in Tuesday and Thursday?
AK: What does this mean for the
AG?
... CHairs do not want to go Monday and Friday.
Katie: How do we explain that Silver is part of AG.
<jeanne> jeanne: Silver wants to meet.
AK: We are discussing if Silver and AG have the same meeting days or separate.
Gene: Silver wants to meet and we are flexible.
JB: APA will not then be meeting with AG.
<jamesn> ARIA has requested Thur&Fri
<shawn> EOWG has requested Monday & Tuesday
TS: The publishing WG is requesting M onday and Tuesday.
There is also consideration for a publishing meeting on Thursday.
JB: There is also requests for CG to meet and the KD may want to look at it.
Katie: Makoto is wanting to take advantage of the PWG will be there.
JB: The town is where he grew up
and it would be nice to coordinate something.
... Is it an opportunity to get a better overview of WAI as it
is today? It would be good to see into other groups other than
theirs.
JB: CSUN meetings debrief. and it can ramble on.
WAI had meetings. Are there trends that jumped out?
WAI feedback on those meetings?
Any quick things?
Katie: IR andVR guidance is needed.
I did not find guidance at CSUN for that.
JB: any other burning feedback?
Gene: Support packages were expensive.
JB: Trends spoting; XR is needed.
Gene: We need to provide XR guidance.
JB: There were topics on AI, but they did not seem like there was substance.
Jeanne: Wendy Chism said that are not enough people who understand AI.
<jeanne> Katie: Rachel found an VR expert who wants to partiicpate in Silver.
<Ryladog> cool Jeanne!!
JB: I think Shidi wanted to say something.
Shadi: We are working on WAI curricula, they are not courses, they are the ingrediants that supports courses.

Video materials, we have funding to do more of these materials. There are several ideas that are being shaped in EO.
Whaat is new in WCAG 2.1, which provides a use case for its use.
We could create short videos to support this.
<shawn> https://www.w3.org/WAI/videos/standards-and-benefits/
Shawn: Translations and hre is the demo page.
We have a page up for people to see. We are excited to make translations easier to find.
JB: In the past we had a library and yu would not be able to get in page access, which this improves upon.
If anybody wants to help us out with translations. We are hoping to make progress.
JB: Games workshop. Good coordination with members who are putting this on.
Sean: It has not yet gone out to IG.
<jemma_ku> https://www.w3.org/2018/12/games-workshop/
<shawn> WAI will be announcing the Games workshop as well in a bit -- watch for announcements email and twitter to spread the word
<jemma_ku> yes
JB: We hope people will turn out, it will be a good workshop. Late June in Readmon.
<Judy> scribe: Judy
<jemma_ku> link needs to be fixed but it is the correct one like what Katie said
George: we have an epub in higher
ed group, outside of w3c, working on 11 webinars, focusing on
getting dso up to speed before publishihng
... some discussions april 16th
