Chairs need the ability to edit implementation details
In implementation form: "Will all the pages in the implementation be available to the general public, and remain available at the URIs listed at least until 31 September 2008?"
and "Will the implementation be available by June 30?"
Need to add something about the conformance scope to the implementation table.
