<Lisa_Seeman> Do not automatically choose options that may disadvantage the user without their approval or add mechanisms that are likely to confuse the user in a way that may do them harm.
John R - Will make updates to safety.html based on rewording document
Mary Joe - Should have updates by EOW. Please use rewording document.

Benefits and Testability are very important as the explain why the SC is important to COGA. This helps people with limited knowledge of COGA
Please check original SC and the Techniques document so the original information does not get lost

Engage community in W3C work in accessibilty
if anyone is interested they would invite participation
A principle topic is personalization
There is a common interest in the COGA TF and the Research Group in personalization
and authentication
Task Force home page is here:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/task-forces/research-questions/
There were 4 issue papers on personalization that were put into one including a demo of personalization
Also more importantly a road map that identifies user needs

Amy other issues with GPS that are not listed in paper above?
Anyone what to do issue paper on GPS - John R Volunteered
<Lisa_Seeman> ACTION: john_R to make issue paper on gps [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2016/09/12-coga-minutes.html#action01]
<trackbot> Error finding 'john_R'. You can review and register nicknames at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/track/users>.
John K to help with GPS
Would be helpful to identify additional user needs
Terms related to directions are important to look at
also investigate use or numbers
and not reroute without notification
Important to get GPS use cases out as soon as possible
Deadline is important so focus on use cases as opposed to issue paper
