1st item approve the last minutes
<renato> https://www.w3.org/2016/05/23-poe-minutes
<michaelS> +1
no issues with the last minutes, therefore they are assumed to be approved
main agenda item is the use case update
Michael provides an update
<michaelS> https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Use_Cases has been updated by 8 UCs
we have gone from 8 use cases to 16
these were added by Ben and at first glance appear easy to process
reminder that we set a due date of the 6th of June as the last date for adding use cases for this round of requirements
Ivan highlighted that there may be an issue with this date
both Michael and Ivan to follow up with Book Industry Study Group (BISG)
<renato> BSIG
Maybe they can be added to the 2nd round if Book Industry Study Group (BISG) don't get the use cases in
by the 6th of June
<michaelS> https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-poe-wg/2016May/0003.html - discussion about requirements editing process
Michael also sent an email to the members list
The requirements need to be discussed, ordered and finalised by the 27th June
Final publishing will be the week commencing the 4th of July
Renato: will the extra usecases have an impact?
Michael: Bens use cases typically only have 2 or 3 requirements
So
Michael recommends that everyone watches the open actions
Renato: Sounds like a sound plan, however we need to schedule some discussion time around the use cases and requirements
i.e. discuss the relative merits of the requirements
Michael: It will not be possible to deliver the document easlier, therefore we can only finalise the requirements the week of the 20th
This only leaves one week for discussion
One option would be to have a longer call that week
Ivan: Perhaps we could have a virtual face to face
<michaelS> https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/wiki/Requirements
Renato: we could potentially start the discussion before the document has been completed
Michael: Looking at the requirements document....
How should we structure items that appear in two categories
Renato: Requirements that impact the model
and the vocabulary could be categorised into multiple categories
... any other comments, questions, progress?
no....
Renato: AOB
TPAC
Who is coming and who is not coming?
Renato: calls the meeting to an end
