This wiki entry intends to act as an active and accurate catalog for common spatial data formats.
The history of this effort can be tracked through ACTION-100: Compile a list of common formats in use in spatial data.
Eventually, the content of this document will be merged with and/or replace the content in Conclusion 7A. Applicability of common formats to implementation of Best Practices.
