Description:

Discussion of CRS requirements has lead to the observation that there is no clear way of linking a vector geomery (a set of coordinates) to a coordinate reference system (CRS). Therefore the following additional requirement for teh Best Practices deliverable is proposed:

"There should be a recommended way of linking a CRS to a vector geometry"
