The ranges of the years .. seconds properties is specified in Appendix A as xsd:decimal. We would have expected all but the seconds property to be xs:integer. Specifically, we are surprised by the comment “so that you can say duration of 2.5 years.” We would expect that a duration of 2 years and 6 months could be defined, but not a duration of 2.5 years. - Related Actions Items:
