Kristina Nesset Kjerstad — Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation, Norway

I am a privacy law professional, working as an advisor on privacy policy in the Norwegian Ministry of Local Government and Administration. Our ministry is in charge of developing and advising on the Norwegian government's Privacy policy as well as its ICT policy. Our government wishes to implement Privacy by Design in all sectors, and we are interested in looking at different ways to achieve this goal. It is important for us to keep updated on the discussions and goings-on in the international ICT community, and this workshop seems very relevant in the context of our work on Privacy by Design.
