[Odrl-version2] V2 Implementations?

Hi Renato,

We have an implementation which uses ODRL v2 and the ACAP 2.0 vocabulary for news. So far, a quite limited set of rights and restrictions are being expressed, but we are looking to expand to be more comprehensive.

We are not working on an implementation at this stage, but we are planning to, applying odrl to the healthcare and data privacy domain. Would be glad to discuss preliminary ideas with you
