comment: The following five ARC work items are now closed: OBKG 1.0 (W0045), SCWS 1.0  and 1.1 (W0092), PSA 1.0 (W0171), OGSA 1.1 (W0187), and PXPROF 1.0 (W0190). The work programme secretary is kindly requested to make the appropriate updates to the work programme. Musa Unmehopa (TPC) Members are advised that comments supplied during an R&A period on a document will not be treated as formal objections, unless the comment-supplier also checks the "Objection" box.  When a document is approved with comments, it is interpreted as meaning that the comment-supplier does not object to approval of the document in its current form, however the comment-supplier would like to post some comments with the document. If a member does not wish to see approval of the document in its current form, the member must explicitly check the "Objection" box.The leadership of the group (TP, WG, Committee, as appropriate) makes an initial review of any objections received to ensure that they do not abuse the R&A Process. Any remaining objections are considered valid from a process perspective only, and does not necessarily imply that such objections are technically correct.It is recommend that the authors of documents approved with comments should review the supplied comments, and the determi ne whether or not they wish to supply a revision of the document to take the comments into account.Each Member will use its reasonable endeavours to inform timely the Open Mobile Alliance of Essential IPR as it becomes aware that the Essential IPR is related to the prepared or published Specification. Members shall submit to the General Manager of Operations of OMA the IPR Statement and the IPR Licensing Declaration. These forms are available from OMA or online at the OMA website at www.openmobilealliance.org.
