[Odrl-version2] XML Encoding Update: 20 APR 2011

Hi all - I am pleased to release the latest update to the ODRL V2.0 XML Encoding:

The update reflects the changes in the latest Model/Vocab updates.

For consistency with Asset/Relation, the <party> element is now used for Party/Role.
