[Odrl-version2] Happy Anniversary Facelift!

Dear Renato,

In the last years, we have been working around ODRL, togheter with other
RELs. As you know, we have participated to several ODRL Workshops and
meetings, but we have not, let's say, "officialized" our support to the
ODRL Initiative yet.

Now, we would like to be included in the "ODRL Initiative Supporters"
list. What do we need to do for this?
