[Odrl-version2] Create action?

Hi Renato

I think that the answer is that the new Asset is not being created from a
set of abstract ideas - if it were, there would be no necessity to grant
permission. The permission is presumably being granted - in some sense, at
least - by the person or persons about whom there is a set of biometric data
(e.g. X-ray images, temperature and blood pressure readings) to use their
data to create the record. This is, therefore, a form of derivation.

Subject: [Odrl-version2] Create action?

I was reading a report on DRM/Ehealth [1] and it mentioned the "create"
permission, as in the right to create an eHealth Record, or Xray report....

This is interesting, in that we can add this to the Common Vocab, but the
issue is what "asset" do you use?

(as the asset hasn't been created yet....)

Comments?

Cheers
