It we want to make this a collaborative effort, doing it on the wiki would
be a bit cumbersome. A shared spreadsheet on something like Google Docs
might work better. The alternative is that one person takes this on. Another
point for next week's agenda? This could be turning into a long meeting.

showing which constraints can meaningfully be used with each action, and
defining the meaning in each case.
