[Odrl-version2] Updated V2 - Model

Dear all, we discussed previously updating the V2 Model to represent all the Assignee/Assigner relationships via an Association Class.

The new Role association class links (with dashed line)  Party to Perm/Prohibit/Duty classes

Role as two attributes:
 - function (assigner, assignee)
 - scope (group)

I attached an example of this update model below and welcome comments and feedback
