I agree - I think we can drop rightsholder from the Core Model.
If needed, the dc:RightsHolder element can be used [1].

Sorry - that was my copy/paste error - I will fix with proper values.

To then link from DC Agent to ODRL Party, you will need to follow the DC XML Syntax [2]

Correct - this should be "name" as per the Model (will fix)
