In the last call, we agreed to drop the Relax attribute from Duty and
use a Constraint (if needed) [1].

The next Model update will be silent on when the Duty needs to be
completed - only saying that if there is some need, then use a
Constraint.

I have started a discussion on this topic [2] and welcome input!
