[Odrl-version2] Updated Asset Model

[Francis Cave]

I wonder whether we could find a different term to Subject, which isn't a
particularly intuitive term (to me, anyway) and also is not very consistent
with the use of Role in the case of Parties.

How about Association, with a name property:
