Hi ODRL colleagues,

Thanks for the nice notes. Sorry, that I could not join this time.
All model changes are fine. Just one comment:

Proposal: Use Identifiers only - Remove Name

    * Resolution: Accepted
    * Action: Remove Name from the tables and ensure Identifier is
semantically correct 

Here the Actions/Permissions should have an identifyer that still makes
the rights expression readable (e.g. print).
