Andyzei no longer supports this particular approach, so we should reassign this action item. Shane has volunteered to help with the policy side, if someone can collaborate on the technical side. Nick will follow up on the thread.
Per discussion on the call today, we decided to re-assign this action since Andyzei wasn't supporting this proposal any more. Shane has agreed to take on the policy side, with Vincent, Sid and occasionally Nick helping with the technical side.
