SSL Certificate Validation Errors in Mozilla Firefox
The following cases will cause a modal, user-facing warning specific to each error, listing the domain name and data from the certificate relevant to the error. There are buttons to view the certificate, cancel the operation, or continue (the default action):
- certificate has expired
- certificate domain mismatch
- certificate is not yet valid
