Refer to the failure technique, 'F76: Failure of Success Criterion 3.2.2

Note the title of the failure technique and then note that the failure is
not due to providing instructional material but due to lack thereof.

Suggested change: 'F76: Failure of Success Criterion 3.2.2 due to lack of
instruction material about the change of context by change of setting in a
user interface element at a location that users may bypass.'

-Devarshi; Related issues: (space separated ids); WG Notes: On thinking about this more I think that this technique either just repeats the SC or tries to highlight a situation where advice is not provided properly, but in the latter case it seems that it is very difficult to define the "that a user may bypass" criteria. Unless we have a clearer way to define what this means in a measurable way, we should remove the technique.; Resolution: Thanks for your comment. The Working Group agreed that the title of this failure technique is unclear, but on further reflection feels that the reason the title is not clear is because the failure technique is not clear. The key issue is that the phrase "at a location that users may bypass" is very difficult to interpret. Rather than a overly general failure technique, the working group will ensure that there are enough sufficient techniques that address this success criteria. We will remove this failure technique in the next update of the techniques.; (Please make sure the resolution is adapted for public consumption)
