- According to this idea, numeric parameters can be conveyed to
decoders for optimization purposes, but are not absolute necessity
for decoders to be able to decode profile streams. This idea was
first proposed by HM [1].

Related notes:
During TPAC 2011 it has been decided that the profile stream should be decodable by any existing EXI processor (keep EXI 1.0 compatibility).
Note: there is one issue regarding is xsi:type learning but it has been found that it should be rarely used to use xsi:type events on the 2nd level if a first level attribute event is available.
