UPM vs. FICYT

• The discussions within W3C were long and tedious
  • both submissions were excellent
  • UPM is more centrally located, but Madrid might be seen as the “power” centre in Spain, but…
  • …FICYT might be considered as too “regional”
  • FICYT is better prepared for PR and Marketing than a university
  • the enthusiasm of FICYT was amazing…
