Mixing Vocabularies: wasn't that easy?

Mixing vocabularies in RDF is easy
so easy we start to take it for granted, but...
compare with mixing namespaces in XML in the general case:
- The W3C TAG started with issue mixedNamespaceMeaning-13 but found it unmangeably large and split it in three.
