Should we have an "emma:partial" attribute to go along with "ref" to indicate that something more can be found on the server?

- This should probably be used only if there is at least one piece of content, not when the whole result can be found on the server.
Note that the client would have to get the full result if the client needed anything more than what was provided, which might be a lot, possibly more than it could handle. It would be good if the client has some way of knowing how many results might be there. - Related Actions Items:
