Michael Johnston, 3 Mar 2011, 15:58:39Extensive revision to 4.1.3 and added new section 4.1.4 to enables specification of which grammars are active. The grammar-ref on the interpretation itself indicates which grammar matched, while the grammar-ref on active indicates which are active for a recognition.
