It has become clear that SW and WS relate in numerous ways. We are
focussing on 4 scoped topics:
- data format integration - mapping SOAP Encoding to RDF/XML graphs
- practical tool interop - combining 'off the shelf' RDF and SOAP toolkits
- query and resource discovery - exposing SOAP lookups as RDF query services
- developer / community liaison - proposing a W3C WS (and SW?) Interest Group
