Meetings

The Working Group teleconference meets approximately twice a month on Thursdays at 2pm Boston (USA) local time (19:00 UTC/GMT) for 60 minutes. Check the schedule below for telecon meeting dates. Extra telecons maybe scheduled at other times. The teleconference is on the Zakim bridge at: +1-617-761-6200, code 8294. We will also meet on IRC: irc.w3.org, port 6665, channel #ua. Current Work

Charter

The previous Working Group charter was fullfilled through the publication of the User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG). The current Working Group charter proposes to continue to support developers in their implementation of UAAG requirements, develop test suites to support evaluation and to explore potential new requirements for UAAG. The new charter is in effect as of 1 January 2005.

User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG) 1.0 Recommendation

The UAWG makes available the following resources in conjunction with the User Agent Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 Recommendation, published 17 Dec 2002:

About the UAWG

The User Agent Accessibility Guidelines explain to user agent developers how to make their products more accessible to people with disabilities and for increasing usability for all users. The Working Group charter was renewed 1 January 2005 and lasts until 31 December 2006.
