Plan to publish July WD of WCAG 2.0

Update: We published four Working Drafts on 30 July 2004:

Goals and Milestones

Prioritize existing bugzilla issues to determine scope of next WD, set agenda for next few calls (start with editorial notes, 1.2, ??)
Publish first WD of Gateway to Techniques
Publish 2nd (or 3rd?) WD of HTML Techniques
Publish first WD of CSS Techniques (unless we determine to incorporate CSS chapters into the various technologies)
Settle on a Conformance Scheme, address outstanding conformance issues
Recategorize Guidelines and Success Criteria (if needed) based on new conformance scheme
Link to Techniques Gateway (someone needs to design flow of information - where do we link? how often? what is a link? in relation to each success criteria?)

Requests for review were not sent for the 11 March 2004 WD because we are still handling issues from the June 2003 draft. However, several requests for review have been sent for the 30 July 2004.
