The main goals are to:
- Discuss comments on latest WCAG 2.0 public Working Draft,
- Discuss drafts of HTML, CSS, and PDF Techniques and Checkpoint
Solutions,
- Work on first public working draft of SVG and ECMAScript Techniques and
Checkpoint Solutions,
- Planning and next steps.
You must register
for the meeting if you plan to attend. Registration closes 3
September 2001.
Registration is open to participants of the Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines Working Group, as well as the the Authoring Tool
Accessibility Guidelines Working Group and the User Agent Accessibility
Guidelines Working Group which are meeting later in the week at the same
venue.
Phone participation
Working Group members in good standing will be allowed to participate by
phone. Details will be provided to members in good standing on a request
basis. Please send your request to the Working Group Mailing List.

- 8:30 - 9:00 Continental breakfast
- 9:00 - 10:30 Introductions. Discussion of comments from WCAG 2.0 latest
public draft.
- 10:30 - 10:45 Break
- 10:45 - 12:15 Continued discussion of WCAG 2.0 comments.
- 12:15 - 1:30 Lunch will be provided
- 1:30 - 3:30 Presentations by Microsoft product groups followed by
discussion
- 3:30 - 3:45 Break
- 3:45 - 5:30 Break into groups to work on SVG and ECMAScript techniques
(prep for public working drafts)
Tuesday, 11 September 2001
- 8:30 - 9:00 Continental breakfast
- 9:00 - 10:30 Discussion of latest working drafts of CSS Techniques and
PDF Techniques.
- 10:30 - 10:45 Break
- 10:45 - 12:15 Discussion of comments from latest working draft of HTML
Techniques, with focus on issues relating to all of the techniques
documents.
- 12:15 - 1:30 Lunch will be provided
- 1:30 - 3:00 AU WG joins us to continue discussing comments from latest
public working draft of HTML Techniques and Checkpoint Solutions
- 3:00 - 3:30 Break
- 3:30 - 5:00 Break into groups to work on HTML, PDF, CSS, SVG, and
ECMAScript techniques (prep for next public working drafts)
- 5:00 - 5:30 WCAG WG planning and next steps.
Wednesday, 12 September 2001
The Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines Working Group will join us
Tuesday afternoon then is holding their own meeting on Wednesday. Refer to the AU WG agenda for more
information.
Thursday and Friday, 13 and 14 September, 2001
The User Agent Accessibility Guidelines Working Group is meeting Thursday
and Friday, refer to the
UA WG agenda for more information.
