1. move forward on work with EARL,
2. coordinate open issues with WCAG WG and AU WG.

You must register for the meeting if you plan to attend. Registration closes 15 February 2001.

Registration is open to participants of the Evaluation and Repair Tools Working Group, participants of the W3C plenary session, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group, and the Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines Working Group.

• 8:30 - 9:00 Continental breakfast
• 9:00 - 10:30 Discuss EARL
• 10:30 - 10:45 Break
• 10:45 - 12:30 Continue EARL discussions. If needed open issues discussion in prep for afternoon session with WCAG.
• 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch will be provided
• 1:30 - 3:00 Meet with AU WG and ERT WG to discuss AERT open issues.
• 3:00 - 3:30 Break
• 3:30 - 5:00 Meet with AU WG and ERT WG to discuss WCAG 2.0.
• 7:00 Working Group Dinner??

The agenda for today is set by the WCAG WG. ERT WG is invited to join, particularly for the break out sessions to discuss techniques.

• 8:30 - 9:00 Continental breakfast
• 9:00 - 10:30 Join WCAG WG meeting if interested to discuss comments on WCAG 2.0
• 10:30 - 10:45 Break
• 10:45 - 12:30 WCAG WG will break into techniques groups to work on techniques. One break out will be to discuss EARL.
• 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch will be provided
• 1:30 - 3:00 WCAG WG to continue working on Techniques documents.
• 3:00 - 3:30 Break
• 3:30 - 5:00 WCAG WG planning and next steps.
