Work items

jr: Charter and ATAG update?
mm: ATAG 2 approved, will be published later in the week
jr: Charter?
mm: No news.
jr: Checkins: Phill has done his work item. I have not completed my work items.
jt: I contacted Janina about our action item. Looking to find the wording we had created earlier. I recall working on a much more verbose justification within the rationale in some checkpoints.
ACTION jt: Send list of missing rationales
mm: No update on references. Hope to finish in time for f2f
jr: Lou Nell's action: feasibility and suitability of items.
jr: Is MS attending f2f?
tl: Possibly. I'll have to check.
jr: Tim Boland's action item: posted on-list that he is writing a document on generic test-suite principles, as well as guidelines for those submitting tests. This should be applicable to WCAG and ATAG.

F2F planning

jr: Hold next meeting in Budapest in May?
jt: We have to present to IG meeting at CSUN. We'd like to recruit while there. How do we do that?
jr: We could put together a presentation
jt: How much time do we have?
mm: I believe we have 30 minutes.
ACTION jr, jt: Work on presentation for IG
jt: Agenda for Sunday?
jr: Rundown of work items
jr: Meeting with WCAG at end of day for 1 hour
jr: f2f planning
ACTION jr: Send out agenda for f2f
jt: Tim, will you be able to have something to send to the list around Lou Nell's action item?
tl: Yes.

Future f2f

jt: Proposal is to hold it at WWW2003 in Budapest. Are other groups meeting?
ACTION mm: see who else is meeting in Budapest
mm: I wonder if maybe RESNA would make more sense to meet. UA is considering that instead.
jt: RESNA is better for user agents.
jr: Our CSUN attendees were all already going to be there.
jt: Likewise Budapest.
jr: Would also be good to press European members
ACTION jt: Send trial balloon message for Budapest in May.

Glossary

mm: Question was posed by Judy in relation to how we will use glossary.
jr: Are we being required to use a unified glossary?
mm: There's a move to unify glossaries, first within WAI, then within W3C. We'd like to create a definition list.
jr: We have a few terminological sticking points, but nothing major.
mm: Tim Boland and Phill Jenkins attended the meeting and should have more on how the glossary work is proceeding.
