This meetingn is for participants of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Interest Group (IG), Education & Outreach Working Group (EO), and Protocols & Formats Working Group (PF) who have pre-registered for the meeting. Please note that the afternoon session of the PF Working Group is only open to W3C Member organizations and invited experts.
Participants must also have prepared for the meeting by reading background materials and taking part in the discussion on the group e-mail lists as specified below. If you have questions about participation please contact the W3C contacts (listed above).
Registration for the meeting will be available until 12 March 1999.
These WAI meetings will be held immediately following the CSUN "Technology and Persons with Disabilities" Conference in Los Angeles, California, USA, which offers a broad range of sessions on issues related to Web accessibility.

Rooms at the Airport Marriott are blocked for the WAI meetings on Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21, at the rate of $95 per night, at the Airport Marriott. Please ask for the room block under the designation "W3C/WAI." PARTICIPATION NOTE: Please note that while the PFWG is generally open only to W3C Member organizations and invited technical experts, the morning and lunch parts of the session will be opened to interested individuals who read background materials to be posted on this page and who have the permission of either Co-Chair -- Al Gilman <asgilman@access.digex.net> or Daniel Dardailler <danield@w3.org>.
