This month's topic featured a discussion of the DOM Test Suite (DOM TS), one of the first W3C test suites to incorporate automation. Dimitris Dimitriadis presented an overview of the methodology, including the goals in building the automated test generation techniuqes and the degree to which it met these goals. He also described the DOM TS architecture, its capabilities and limitations, and the potential to generalize this framework beyond DOM. Read the final report or visit theDOM TS page for more details.
The QA activity launched a Wiki to allow discussion of various QA-related topic and leverage the participation of all people interested in QA at W3C. A new and improved QA Framework: Test Guidelines(TestGL) Working Draft is available for review. This Working Draft is incomplete and still a work in progress. However, it does reflect substantial changes resulting from feedback received since the previous version was published. There are still many issues and comments to resolved. Your comments are important in helping us develop this document. .
