Manu: I'm concerned that we need to provide more concrete direction and deliverables or we're not going to have enough by the W3C TPAC face-to-face.
IJ: My sense of priorities right now: (1) what's next for IG [leading to TPAC meeting] (2) capabilities (3) management of WG charter
Manu: For #1, I think we need to
propose something more concrete, give people times that we're
meeting to discuss those things, and concrete deliverables (but
very lightweight, just wiki pages for discussion at TPAC)
... So, I can take an action to propose something concrete.
IJ: We will have to be proactive in getting organizations involved, we have some involvement through IG and AC, but need to reach out to executive levels - should be an ongoing thing that W3C does.
Manu: US Fed Faster Payments breaks stuff down into categories, we will want to look at those stakeholder categories.
IJ: We want to organize this stuff more loosely than a Task Force, but do want to provide some direction and guidance to ensure we're getting feedback.
Amy: Keep in mind that we have contacts with a large number of payment processors and other sorts of members, we can use the Electronic Transactions Association to reach out to industry.
IJ: Yes, we'll want to leverage that.
Manu: We haven't had progress on the Capabilities document, so nothing to talk about there today, so short call today. Chat with everyone else on Monday.
