Using aria-labelledby to concatenate a label from several text nodes

<jamesn> http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Using_aria-labelledby_to_concatenate_a_label_from_several_text_nodes

Rewriting Description

Need to update user agent notes with information on proper use of 'tabindex="-1"'

Questions remain on whether IE will correctly / always pick up aria-labelledby w/o adding a tabindex=-1

<jamesn> http://www.w3.org/TR/aria-in-html/#aria-labelledby-and-aria-describedby

Technique ready for review by WCAG WG - moving this technique to the "Working Group Review" category in the wiki.

<jongunderson> I need to go to get ready for my next call

LG: We don't have a great way to log these today - maybe use the Issues db
... Should bring this up to Andrew and Josh to see how they'd like to address these types of workitems / issues

We will cancel this call for next week (4/1) due to vacations

Using aria-label to provide an invisible label

JN: Looking at 3.3.2, FLASH25 and H65 should probably be moved to 4.1.2 - something for WCAG WG to investigate

Out of time - we'll return to this one in a future survey

REMINDER: No call next Monday 4/1
