Changes for indexref attribute to save repeat index into data are mostly encapsulated in the XForms repeat module. Some reorganization of content was needed to allow the attribute to be placed in the first subsection.

http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/XForms_2.0#The_XForms_Repeat_Module

Also added repeat-indexref attribute to global repeat attributes

<klotz> I am abba.

<klotz> ACTION: Leigh Klotz to respond to http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-forms/2011May/0013.html and follow ons. [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2011/09/07-forms-minutes.html#action01]

<trackbot> Created ACTION-1823 - Klotz to respond to http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-forms/2011May/0013.html and follow ons. [on Leigh Klotz, Jr. - due 2011-09-14].

For indexref changes, also see the setindex ACTION: http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/XForms_2.0#The_setindex_Element

<ebruchez> http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/XPath_Expressions_Module#The_valid.28.29_Function

<klotz> RESOLVED: valid() of empty nodeset or empty sequence is true.

<klotz> <bind ref="a" constraint="not(valid(.))" />

<ebruchez> <bind ref="a" constraint="…"/>

<ebruchez> <bind ref="b" constraint="valid(../a)"/>

and you could have the constraint on a be "../c < 10" and you could have <bind nodeset="c" calculate="../d+../e"

And you can also have calculate="... valid(...)..." so that you can't guarantee tha tall calculates run before all other MIPs are reevalatuated
