<fhirsch3> nobody has tried build yet after Felix update

<fhirsch3> toufic: sectioning of guidelines has changed, is ownership changed

http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-ws-policy-guidelines-20070330/#general-guidelines

in older document that's section 4

in new document that's section 5

so we should either re-label document sections

or re-assigne

re-assign

fred: we know the mapping

toufic: Section for List of Best Practices was added

prasad: we should leave for now
... in case things change again
... we should work off of the original document

<fhirsch3> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy-eds/2007Apr/

<fhirsch3> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy-eds/2007Apr/0025.html

fred: is there anything else we need to do as an editorial team?
... will report next week

http://www.w3.org/2007/04/11-ws-policy-minutes.html

today's WG minutes

<fhirsch3> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy/2007Apr/0030.html

http://www.w3.org/2007/04/11-ws-policy-minutes.html#ActionSummary

maryann: we were going to do a check point next week to see if we were on plan
... if anyone can get their actions done, we should be on track

fred: for my section, wasn't obvious how much work required to do the change
... might require me to go to WG for a proposal because or rewrite
... are we ok with editing as we see fit?

daveO: uncomfortable with that

maryann: mine is relatively easy

fred: example is that one section has logical flow is mixed with example

maryann: i tried to rearranged the paragraph to follow the model

fred: to rearrange mine i would have to rip example out and perform substantial rewrite

maryann: proposal was to come up with a plan - perfectly acceptable to ask WG

fred: so instead of making changes in CVS, i should show WG first
... will make a separate email proposal to WG

<prasad> Sounds good to me also
