Felix: general question: should the task force operate in member space or in public?

Francois: should be public if possibly
... if the participating WGs have a non-public way of working it could be an issue
... IMO it should be as public as possible
... on participation information (who participates), I don't care about making it public
... without mail addresses (because of spam)
... documents should be as public as possible
