where it says, in 10.1.10 Create task profiles
With the intended user in mind, designers should formally write down
user tasks
Yes, yes, articulate a task view. However...
Note that the step-by-step granularity in which tasks are accomplished is
*not* universal. Some delivery contexts mitigate in favor of smaller steps,
some larger.
please consider
formalize these workflow models in UML/SCXML. Stay in touch with the people
in Multi-modal Interaction WG who are working on authoring in this medium for
help in how to develop your specification-maintenance drill if you do so.
