Joel accepts to review of the WS Policy specs
<JacekK> ACTION: Joel to review Last Call of WS-Policy specs (by Jan 9) [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/sawsdl/minutes/20061128#action13]
jacek: the WG should send comments that are related to SAWSDL, others can be sent by Joel personally
... suggest to cancel three weeks of telcons (19.12., 26.12., 2.1.) - no objection!
jacek: editors please check these both issues list for their "implemeted" status
... xml schema wg may be still reviewing our work.
... we expect to put more emphasis on the fact that we anoate schemas, not only wsdl
joel: some issues where resolved as "no action", and can be marked as implemeted
jacek: when an issue is implemented, please send an email
rama: 30 and 31 are closed
<JacekK> my email at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-semann/2006Nov/0021.html
jacek: I read and then we discuss...
Jacek reads the email
jacek: realize that the sentences are long...
... intended as a basis for editor: can it be used as a basis for issue 5
holger: maybe to much geared towards rdf, should say that the case may be different for other semantic model languages
rama: there seems to be a lot of technologies required for schema mappings
... in fact, only three technos required to handle lowering
jacek: correct. We said that we have to clarify about the use of technos in combination or exclusively
... the spec text should clarify this: sparql is used to preprocess the rdf
... our reply to issue originator should optimally be some copy paste from the spec
rama: should clarify that the same technique applies to all cases with rdf clients
jacek: the last three paragrph should the most useful
joel: could be some preparatory material in the appendix
rama: I had similar explanations like that in the usage guide, but the current text seems better and could be inserted
jacek: seems that we have everything that is needed
joel: ok
RESOLUTION: LC issue 5 will be implemented by the editors to explain the relationships between the mapping technologies in our examples
jacek: carlos showed interes, but could not work on it
laurent: way back I was proposing the use of "partial" SAWSDL files for external annotations
<JacekK> ACTION: Laurent to send some proposal for "partial SAWSDL files" in relation with LC issue 13 [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/sawsdl/minutes/20061128#action14]
jacek: can be skipped - waiting for a response
amit: we will have an example
rama: two people have responded
... thomas and laura have examples
... will look at this with brahmananda
... will be a couple of weeks effort, hence wont be discussed at next telcon
jacek: we will mark the issue as "done" when there's some text in the usage guide
brahmananda: will forward the email
laura: ok for this too
jacek: anything before we close? hearing none!
... we can close
